for all my fandoms, i've requested that you stick to the canon. i'm okay with canon divergence, but i'd rather not stuff like current day aus or mundane job aus. that being said, i love adventures. romance is wonderful, but i really dig plot heavy things as well. hit me with your personal sidequest headcanon or whatever adventure. people can kiss AND hit things with swords. wild!!
as for general relationship dynamics, i'm sure it'll shock you to know that i'm super into friends to lovers!! i'm a total sucker for stuff like bffs who don't realize they're pretty much already dating, or who bicker like a married couple. i'm big on the whole loyalty angle of a lot of these relationships, and i love friendships where two/more people know each other inside and out. i like anything where close friends who have to negotiate a new aspect to their friendship, like kissing or dates or whatever. while i haven't requested smut, i don't mind porn, especially if it's like, fun sex?? messy sex, someone comes too fast or knees their partner in the gut or accidentally headbutts them, etc. i like it when everything doesn't go perfectly/as expected!! i also don't believe in one character being the 'top' or 'bottom' of the relationship. specific nsfw likes/dislikes are on my listo.
The Witcher (games)
if you'll notice, both of these pairings have a few things in common: lots of history between eskel/regis and geralt and similar lives. eskel and geralt grew up together, they suffered through trauma and growing up as witchers together, and i love the idea of the two of them walking the Path alone but always making their ways back to each other. geralt has a lot of tumultuous loves in his life, and i feel like he deserves someone steady, and eskel deserves someone who doesn't give a shit about his scars.
- geralt and eskel, through the years, from young wolves to finding each other when they're old and worn on the path
- good ole hurt/comfort, where one of them is injured and the other nurses them back to health
- when the two of them run into each other on the road and work a particularly rough job together and what that entails
for geralt and regis, i love the idea of the two of them reconnecting after both being, y'know, dead. regis has lived such a long life and both of them struggle with being seen as monsters because of what they're capable of. also?? geralt is seriously horny for people who can overpower him and a total monsterfucker and that's beautiful.
- geralt struggling to deal with a life after it seems that fate has let him be. after ciri is safe, after the djinn's wish is undone, after it all, and finding his way back to regis
- soulbonding here is good, vampires leave a lot of room to play around with the idea of someone being a compatible match, and what it might mean. anything that deals with the differences in their biology and the similarities, thanks to geralt's mutations.

i'm real easy for geralt/jaskier, honestly. i'd like it to stick to canon, or at least canon-adjacent. i think my favourite part about the two of them is jaskier's sheer doggedness when it comes to befriending geralt and becoming something more, and geralt's struggles to let him in, despite everything that he's been taught. again, i've read like 90% of the books and played the game so feel free to borrow (or not) as you wish from other parts of canon and don't worry about spoilers. i love yennefer soooo much in her own right and i have no problem with her history with geralt, but i'd prefer if they weren't still together.
- jaskier and geralt after geralt's reunited with ciri, maybe once ciri is grown and geralt's trying to handle empty nest??
- geralt saves a king/queen's life, and in return, he's given the hand of an unruly viscount. doesn't really have the room to object (y'know how monarchs are), and they must get married.
Dragon Age
i looooove the dragon age world!! generally speaking: i've played all the games, all the dlcs, i've read the books, the graphics, like. you can't spoil me. go mad. i do not, however, like anders or solas very much, so feel free to pretend they don't exist!!
alistair/zevran is the rarepair of my dreams, honestly. i love the way the two of them play off each other, but mostly i love the idea of how soft zevran can be with the people he cares about, and how alistair would thrive under a source of warm affection. i know that realistically, it's a hard pairing to maneuver no matter the canon choices but i really do love a happy ending, so fuck it!! let's suspend all disbelief!! i tend to prefer king alistair, but as long as he's not a sad drunk in a bar, i'll be happy.
- alistair is politely fending off political marriages when a mysterious prince from antiva shows up!! (it's 100% zevran in disguise) it starts as a way to keep zevran busy while he's avoiding the crows, and to keep alistair from having to play nice with potential political matches, except maybe alistair totally was crushing on zevran back in the day and now he has to deal with being so close and flirty with him
- alistair is making a diplomatic appearance somewhere (could be in antiva, or orlais, or anywhere really), and zevran foils an assassination
- zevran is working for the inquisition when they make contact with warden alistair, could end with no one dying, or even zevran finding him in the fade
ok, it's another rarepair, but i think that dorian and fenris could be really interesting together!! they're a pairing made for a long fic, imo, because they'd need a lot of maneuvering to get past fenris' trauma and dorian's defense mechanisms, but they do actually have a lot in common.
- varric helps recruit fenris to the inquisition, where he and dorian butt heads and then find common ground. eventually
- dorian hears about the work fenris is doing, and decides to reach out. fenris takes it abt as well as you'd think
dorian/cullen is just such a nice pairing. cullen is definitely bisexual, you can't convince me otherwise, and they already have such a nice, surprising friendship. cullen might have some hangups to get past, what with the whole tevinter mage thing, and dorian's got to work on his whole commitment thing, but i think that the two of them match each other with intensity and warmth and they'd be good for each other.
- cullen is a bit at a loss after the inquisition disbands, and he somehow finds himself in tevinter, helping dorian root out cultists as their friendship deepens
- dorian and cullen keeping in contact after they save the world. could be epistolary!!
- you could write me literally anything where these two are soft and tender with each other and i'd probably be stoked
John Dies at the End
it's a long shot, i know. but you CANNOT convince me that john and dave aren't basically already dating. i love their unblinking, unwavering trust in each other, despite all the batshit stuff in their lives, and how they call each other on their bullshit and are so!! ride or die!! incredible. and if you add in amy, honestly i'm just a real sucker for john and amy loving dave even when he doesn't like himself very much. listen: i will read anything. i'm desperate. please.

ohhhhh man. what DON'T i love about brad/ray?? i love the way they communicate, how ray can translate what brad's asking him just by the inflection of his name, their loyalty and their bond. i usually prefer canon-type stories but for this one, feel free to branch out and do whatever. real life's story for them is way too limiting. please note: i'm well aware of what this canon indicates for language but none of it is personally upsetting to me and i prefer things to hew close to canon for tone and voice.
- marines. in space!! whether they're training together or in combat together, space just makes things more interesting
- brad is struck mute. ray is assigned to help him on his quest to sort it out, because he's the only one who can still figure out what he's trying to say
