first of all: thank you so much in advance!! also this will probably be fairly long and rambling but i just want to give you lots of ideas to work with and make things easier for you!! feel free to take any of these prompts or not, as long as you don't hit any of my dnws i'm sure i'll love it.

IN GENERAL:

for general likes, i'm always gonna want a happy ending. i know that a lot of this canon isn't very happy at all, and a happy ending feels best when it's earned, but in general and esp with the state of the world, i just want a feel-good ending. i LOVE tropes, too: soulmates and fake relationships and locked in a cabin and all that good stuff. i'm a total sucker for friendships, friends to lovers or straight up platonic, and i really love it when people include ensemble casts. we love a good romance but it's also so cool when it feels like a character has a real, full life.

for all these prompts, i've requested that you stick to the canon. i'm okay with canon divergence, but i'd rather not stuff like current day aus or mundane job aus. that being said, i love adventures. romance is wonderful, but i really dig plot heavy things as well. hit me with your personal sidequest headcanon or whatever adventure. people can kiss AND hit shoot things. wild!!

as for general relationship dynamics, i'm sure it'll shock you to know that i'm super into friends to lovers!! i'm a total sucker for stuff like bffs who don't realize they're pretty much already dating, or who bicker like a married couple. i'm big on the whole loyalty angle of a lot of these relationships, and i love friendships where two/more people know each other inside and out. i like anything where close friends who have to negotiate a new aspect to their friendship, like kissing or dates or whatever. while smut isn't necessary, i don't mind porn, especially if it's like, fun sex?? messy sex, someone comes too fast or knees their partner in the gut or accidentally headbutts them, etc. i like it when everything doesn't go perfectly/as expected!! i also don't believe in one character being the 'top' or 'bottom' of the relationship. specific nsfw likes/dislikes are on my listo.

CANON SPECIFICALLY: i like gen fic!! if you don't want to focus on the pairings, if you want to explore the nominees (aria, james, wrex, even nyreen, corinthus) while the pairing takes a backseat, that's cool too. i love fic abt what's outside of canon. aria before omega, feron before he meets liara, corinthus in the throes of the battle for palaven, etc. and friendships!! wrex and aria's history, tali and garrus between me2 and me3, i love friendships!! please feel free to explore any of the requested characters and how they interact with each other and the world.

anyway, this is a really long list just to give you more ideas or hints. please know that i'm stoked for whatever i get, don't feel like you're required to do all the things. thank you so much!!
