idek what to say, i just really love it? i realize now that my prompt kinda suggested a entire au for them, which i didn't even consider at the time, but the detail you put in about kai trying to find a job and having tasks to do around the shelter, and suho warning tao that he would be cold really solidified that there is an entire world happening around them as they get drenched in the rain, and i just like that tone in the fic? that their day was winding down, and coming to an end and that their moment of freedom/no-responsibility was just that, a moment, that will make an even nicer memory till their next trip.

also tao being whiny bc cat who is wet and cold, but also in the end being the hyung who promises another date of sorts is everything
