1. “Suddenly, I'm reminded I'm not the most embarrassing wolf in town,” Chanyeol says cheerfully, clambering to his feet.
2. Next to him, Dongwoo is still dead to the world and his mouth, wide open, is pressed to the curve of Hoya's shoulder.
3. The Badlands are mostly played out these days, but Kyungsoo has never been one of those adventure-chasing types who want to discover the next Tyrannosaurus Rex.
4. "If I'm old, you're decrepit," Jongin insists, scrunching up his nose, but it softens into a grin as he leans into Minseok's touch.
5. But just for a second, as he pauses at the door to his office and looked up at the skyline, Yixing could swear he sees wings.
6. Jongin's about ready to nod off again when he feels a hand settle on his waist and Zitao squirms in between Jongin and the couch.
7. "Not me," Sehun says, and he scrambles away, using Jongin as a human shield between him and Joonmyun before he bolts through the trees to the beach.
8. Folded up in the doorway was a shivering kid, soaked to the bone, his sleek feline ears drooping in the chill of the wet morning.
9. Kyungsoo fixes him with a look long enough that Chanyeol knows exactly what he thinks of Chanyeol's supposed highmindedness.
10. It's their third time through this class, and Jongin isn't sure if it's just because the retriever isn't the brightest pup in the bunch, or if Chanyeol just likes to hang out with his friends and their dogs twice a week. It's about fifty/fifty.

3. He'd never broken someone's heart before, but the way that Dongwoo clammed up and shied away from Hoya's hands broke his too. (you look good au)
4. As soon as he sees him, his flirtatious smile vanishes, replaced by naked shock and a little fear. “Kyungsoo?” (really stupid angsty kaisoo demon au)
5. “Get away from there.” Kyungsoo digs an elbow into Jongin's side and Jongin yelps, pulling his hands away from Kyungsoo's cutting board, frowning. “Can't you wait like, fifteen minutes?”
6. Sure, Woohyun's never actually really used spray paint before, but if delinquent teenagers can manage it, so can he. (woogyu au idek)
7. The long nights of practice only get longer before comeback, and each night, Yixing comes back to the dorms with a kind of deep, bone-weary exhaustion that he's not sure he'll ever be free of again.
