neither minseok nor lu han come easily to me and you're right in that i did spend a lot of time reworking things, more than i usually do, because i wanted to tell this story properly, and i'm really pleased that you think i did it well.
i think that irl lu han is like, ridiculously obvious with his affection for minseok and that's what i was trying to carry across here, bc even if he's obnoxious sometimes, minseok is clearly really fond of him too, bc he always indulges him?? and that was the dynamic that i was trying to figure out, the two of them coming to that point.
you're right, minseok totally deserved that role reversal!! he was closed off to the option of feeling things for lu han and it was his penance to get the bff evil eye from yixing
that's exactly how i see lu han, straightforward and takes what he wants, and while exaggerating his personality can be fun for a certain kind of fic, this wasn't it. i'm glad you liked how i wrote them!!
